Warranty Terms & Conditions

What Is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electronic component failures under normal use
  • Optical defects (delamination, separation)
  • Mechanical failures in adjustment mechanisms

What Is NOT Covered:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper storage or handling
  • Water damage beyond product IP rating
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from using incorrect battery types

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team via email with order number and issue description
  2. Provide photos/videos of the defect for initial assessment
  3. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship product back with RMA number clearly marked
  5. We repair/replace within 15 business days of receipt
  6. Return shipping via standard method included in warranty
