Warranty Terms & Conditions
What Is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- Optical defects (delamination, separation)
- Mechanical failures in adjustment mechanisms
What Is NOT Covered:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from improper storage or handling
- Water damage beyond product IP rating
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from using incorrect battery types
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our support team via email with order number and issue description
- Provide photos/videos of the defect for initial assessment
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship product back with RMA number clearly marked
- We repair/replace within 15 business days of receipt
- Return shipping via standard method included in warranty
