Return Conditions
All returns must meet these conditions:
- Return request submitted within specified timeframe
- Original packaging and all accessories included
- Product in same condition as received
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Products modified or altered by buyer
- Products damaged by buyer misuse
- Custom/OEM products built to buyer specifications
- Consumable items (batteries, etc.)
