PPT Outdoor provides professional repair services for our products, both under warranty and out-of-warranty.

Warranty Repairs

If your product has a valid warranty claim:

  • No charge for manufacturing defects
  • Return shipping covered (standard method)
  • Typical turnaround: 10-15 business days
  • Free replacement parts and labor

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

For products outside warranty coverage:

  • Diagnostic fee: $50-100 (credited toward repair)
  • Repair costs vary by product and issue
  • Parts and labor itemized in quote
  • Rush service available (+50% expedite fee)

  • Detector Replacement: $500-1500

Optical Sights

  • Turret Adjustment: $30-60

Repair Process

  1. Submit repair request via email with product model and issue description
  2. Receive Repair Authorization (RA) number
  3. Ship product with RA number clearly marked
  4. Receive diagnostic assessment within 5 business days
  5. Approve repair quote (or decline and pay return shipping)
  6. Repair completed within 10-15 business days
