PPT Outdoor offers a streamlined B2B ordering process designed for efficiency and transparency. Follow these steps to place your wholesale order.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

• Submit an inquiry via our contact form or email sales@ppt-outdoor.com
• Specify product models, quantities, and any customization requirements
• Our sales team will respond within 24 hours with detailed quotations

Step 2: Quotation & Negotiation

• Receive formal Proforma Invoice (PI) with itemized pricing
• Review payment terms, shipping options, and delivery schedules
• Negotiate pricing for bulk orders (annual volume discounts available)
• Confirm order specifications and any special requirements

Step 3: Sample Orders (Optional)

For first-time buyers or custom products, we recommend ordering samples:

• Sample costs are typically 2-3x bulk pricing
• Sample shipping via express courier (DHL/FedEx)
• Sample costs can be credited toward bulk orders

Step 4: Production & Quality Control

• Production lead time: 15-45 days depending on order size and customization
• 100% pre-shipment inspection with detailed QC reports
• Photography and video documentation available upon request
• Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged

Step 5: Shipment & Delivery

• Shipping methods: Sea freight, air freight, express courier
• Full tracking and shipping documentation provided
• Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP available
