After-sales Service

Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including accessories, manuals, labels, etc.);
  • Products with quality issues (non-human damage) are eligible for return or exchange regardless of usage status.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, modified, or damaged products;
  • Customized products (made to customer-specific requirements);
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or force majeure;
  • Products returned after the 30-day period.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service (returns@ppt-outdoor.com) to explain the reason for return and provide the order number and product photos;
  2. After approval, we will provide a return address and instructions;
  3. You must ship the product within 7 days (trackable logistics is recommended) and provide the tracking number;
  4. Once we receive the product and confirm it meets return conditions, we will process the refund (to the original payment method) or arrange an exchange within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Fee Instructions

  • Returns due to quality issues: We cover return shipping costs (please retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement after review);
  • Returns for non-quality reasons: You are responsible for return shipping costs;
  • For exchanges, shipping fees for the new product are covered by us (limited to quality issues).

Refund Instructions

  • The refund amount is the actual payment for the product (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error);
  • Refund processing time depends on the payment method (usually 3-10 business days).
