What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM manufacturing?

Our standard MOQ is 100 units for OEM orders. For ODM custom development projects, the MOQ can be as low as 50 units depending on product complexity. Contact our sales team for specific product MOQ details.

Do you offer private label and custom branding services?

Yes. We provide full private label services including custom logo laser engraving, custom packaging design, user manual customization, and brand-specific color schemes. All at no extra cost for orders above MOQ.

What certifications do your products have?

Our products are CE and RoHS certified. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. We can also assist with FCC certification for US market entry and other regional compliance requirements upon request.

For existing product OEM (your brand on our design): 2-4 weeks. For ODM custom development: 8-12 weeks from concept to first samples, including optical design, mechanical engineering, prototyping, and testing.
