Shipping Fee & Time

Based on the policy, the shipping fee will be calculated on the order page. We provide shipping for long-term collaboration partners and specific programs.

Normally, your products will be shipped within 7 days after placeing the order.

Shipping Orders

If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.

Once your order is shipped and get a tracking number, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from PPToutdoor. Please check your email address that you used to place an order. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add Conotech to your contact list.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full a refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Deliver Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. P.O Box is not supported. We can deliver our products globally.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We ONLY accept return and provide an exchange within 7 days that you receive the products. After 7 days you receiving your products, it will NOT be accepted for any return or exchange. If the returned product is not being damaged by any man-made factors and makes no effect on sales, we will refund you within 7 days when we receive it. Please notice that the refund will be deducting the cost of shipping and tax.

All products have three years warranty. You will get a free repair service for not being damaged by any man-made factors. Besides, we could also provide repair service with additional fees if the product is out of warranty.
